In-app purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify the pricing and availability of in-app purchases and subscriptions at any time. If you choose to purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it in accordance with the applicable app store's cancellation procedures. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription preferences and cancellations.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant the above license and that your User Content does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
